Amy Winehouse
The talented British songstress, winner of 5 Grammys in 2008, was only 27 when she died on 23 July 2011. A lethal cocktail of drugs and alcohol is believed to have been the cause of her death. One of the biggest talents in the music arena, Winehouse had been been cutting a sorry figure for quite some time with her uncontrollable drinking and addiction to drugs. Depression and a failed marriage added to her woes.
