Steps for kapalbhati pranayama

Step 1: Start by sitting comfortably

Step 2: Now forcefully exhale and inhale through the mouth and the nose. The concentration should be on the exhalation.

Step 3: Repeat this yoga asana 30-60 times.

Step 4: As you come to the end of this repetition, slow down and completely relax.

Step 5: As you complete the exercise, stop breathing momentarily and enjoy perfect stillness.

Step 6: Repeat everyday for better health and glowing skin.
