Here are a few health tips to eat right which will stop you from feeling week, listless and uncomfortable.

Firstly, it is important to choose a fast that suits your body best. While the original fast is quite extreme and allows you to eat or drink absolutely nothing all day, many women do a watered-down version of the fast these days. Some allow themselves a liquids like water, juice and buttermilk/lassi, while others also throw in some fruits and dry fruits into the mix.
