
My workout regime
Balance...that's the key..Eat right, sleep right, exercise right. I've always believed in the old adage 'not too much ..not too less..!' And yes, I don't starve and neither do I overindulge. So I come back to the zen 'balance'. I work out 3-4 times, 45 minutes a week at least I juggle weight training with yoga/stretches and cardiovascular training. And I try to end my workout with a little bit of meditation and voila...you've hit the 'superman' nerve!
