Comfort your eyes
Late nights invariably leave your eyes looking puffy and bloodshot. Give your eyes some relief. For instant relief, place chilled green tea teabags on your eyes to rest them for some time. This is especially beneficial as they contain anti-inflammatory compounds known as EGCGs. You can also dump some spoons in your freezer, if you know you are going to have a late night. Place the chilled cupped side of the spoon on your eyes for 10-15 minutes for immediate relief.
