Booked under: Section 440A, Trying to pass off a Chinese lantern as a dress

Misrepresentation is highly frowned upon under the FPC and Shenaz here has basically found one of those pretty paper lamps people put in their balconies, wrapped it around herself and turned up for a fashion event. Not only is she accused of misusing lighting accessories, she's also looking rather awkward. But since "looking awkward" is unfortunately not an official fashion offence (a section of the public is lobbying for it to be treated as one), we can only book her under one offence.

Maximum punishment applicable: The accused is not allowed to enter any lighting equipment and accessories stores for a period of one year. She is also liable to have her residence and offices raided without announcement by the fashion department officials to make sure that she's not passing off other non-clothing items as clothes.
