"The 321 Training Method is a workout that I created for my film clients over the past 12 years, in particular while working with Jessica Alba on movie sets around the world," explains Ramona, who started her Hollywood career teaching the Fantastic Four star gymnastics.

And for time-pressed stars, the trainer needed to come up with a workout which got results fast.

"When you're on set you might have 20 minutes here, or maybe can do a half-hour workout before you start, so it was all about how quickly and efficiently I could do something. I use light weights but you can use bottles of water, and you don't need a treadmill for the cardio. It's simple, back to basics but the bottom line is hard work can create the body you want."
