While everyone ooh-ed and ahh-ed over Barack Obama’s tear-jerking inauguration speech last month, as well as Beyonce’s controversial crooning, we’d argue that it was Michelle Obama’s new haircut that reminded people that we are heading into a new chapter of the Obama presidency. And apparently, her loving hubby agrees, as he joked that her new look was “the most significant event of the weekend” at a pre-Inauguration event.

The style itself not only makes the already youthful-looking Mrs Obama look fresher and more on-trend, but it works perfectly against her large eyes and distinct forehead. We give this one a “HOT” rating.
