The Duchess of Cambridge isn't one of those royal types that wears an outfit once and throws it away. Instead, Kate recycles her outfits on a regular basis at high-profile events. It's not because she doesn't have options, though: designers are clamouring to outfit the new princess but Kate's message is clear: times are tough and you don't have to spend all your money on clothes to look fashionable.
