With her embellished orange saree and fuschia bikini-blouse, colourful bangles, bright bindi and oversized earrings, Bipasha Basu has done what no dictionary will ever be able to do - introduce the world (or at least Sri Lanka) to the very important Indian concept of the chammak-chhallo. Frankly, it's a great service to the world and we at the Fashion Police humbly recommend her for a Padma award of some sort.
