Sanjana drew inspiration from the Indian family system and brought on stage celebrity siblings like Salman Khan-Sohail Khan, Sushmita Sen-Rajiv Sen, Riya Sen-Raima Sen and Amaan Ali Khan-Ayaan Ali Khan to spread the message "the strength of love amongst siblings and family in India". The show was a tribute to her brother Anand Jon.
