Product names like Maharani silver and packaging that's adorned with golden bindis help sell the story line. We were particularly taken with the pink and tangerine blush compacts, covetable pieces that are so beautifully crafted you almost don't want to use them for fear of destroying the embossed patterns on their surface. We did ultimately dip into the Maharani Orange out of sheer curiosity(orange blush?) and are pleasantly surprised to report that it goes on like a warm, sheer bronzer.
