Every problem has a solution if its needed to be solved. Police, CBI and other investigating bodies can easily prevent the tourist spots from corruption.............they can go there forming a group of tourist, patients, research scholars as disguise and should have appropriate and need****l information for proceeding.............why blaming local mafias local MLAS and Police are in sleep mode there? Cant they take steps against them? rather they are involved in the mal practice, in this case, people from outside [investigation team] should take action and retain countries prestige..............it will be a long procedure and time consuming but when there is a will there is a way:) Even local people can be very much help  if we utilise them  properly.
